Booking Appointments

New patients and referrals are always welcome!

We want to make booking your next dental appointment as simple as possible. With convenient evening and weekend availability, booking an appointment is easy! Simply  request an appointment through our website or give us a call. 

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us a call at least 2 days in advance to reschedule. 

Our Fees

At Scarborough Dental Care, our fees are based on the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. 

Insurance and Billing

At Scarborough Dental Care, we strive to make your entire appointment as easy and seamless as possible!  

If you need help understanding your benefits or are unsure of what services are covered by your plan, we'll contact your insurance company for a complimentary benefits check and explain it to you as clearly as possible. Please note, different insurance companies vary in the amount of information they will release to a dental office.   

We are happy to submit your dental claims directly to your insurance provider (provided this is a covered service under your plan). As most insurance claims are submitted electronically, most  patients are reimbursed within 24 hours, with almost all patients  reimbursed within one week.     

Payment Options

We accept all common payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, debit and cash. For more extensive dental work such as orthodontics, we offer a customized payment plan. If you require longer to pay, we will work with you to get you the dentistry now and make affordable payments for up to 2 years with Dental Card! Please speak to any of our Administrative team members for more details.
